“When did I get old?”
That thought initially caused Steve DeVane to chuckle just after he woke up one morning in his mid-40s. But the humor immediately ceased to exist when another thought hit his brain.
“I guess I’m just going to feel worse and worse as I get older and older.”
Over the next several years, Steve began to change that trajectory. He improved his exercise, nutrition and mindset. Now, he’s more than 60 years old and life just keeps getting better all the time.
Steve developed a three-step strategy that helped him transform his life. The framework is simple and straightforward — start where you are, do what you can, and improve as you go. Steve believes that anyone can follow those steps to improve their situation. He decided to document his journey so others can take a similar path.
